Shipping

Domestic Orders: All Domestic orders will be typically be shipped within 2 - 3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays and at times any items may be in high demand or made to order. In which case email us at: info@nostalgicfeather.com and we can try to inform you further more on when shipping is likely.

 

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class signed for or special delivery tracked.

 

International Shipping: Shipping is £9.00 worldwide for small packages and £15 for larger packages. A tracking number will be provided and a signature may be required on delivery. Please be aware international shipping may take up to 2 weeks or more and any custom/VAT charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order. However if for some reason it's not right for you then items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in new, unworn condition and in original condition and packaging to be accepted. Items returned that show signs of wear or delivered to our returns outside the 14 day period will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for costs of returns.

To initiate a return please email info@nostalgicfeather.com  where you will be sent a return form. Please fill this in and include this within your returns package.
