Different Lengths & Textures

My top tip would be - don't be scared. Play around with different textures. Different style chains, different thicknesses and the key, especially for layering necklaces is stagger your lengths. You absolutely can wear a layered look with the same lengths. This creates a stacked, chunky style, but you want to make sure they all compliment each other and it's not OTT. This is more of a statement, bold layering style. If you want a more elegant look then try 3 different layers, with space between each. As a rough guide, look for around a 16 inch length for your shortest layer, then around 20 inch for your middle layer, then around 24inch for your longest layer. Play around with different lengths and textures. Listen to your own instinct of what looks good and what clashes. At the end of the day only you know your own style and being unique and true to your own style is what sets you apart and catches peoples eye!
Mix Metals
Yes it was once a rule to never mix silver and gold. Classic me I was never one for rules. I remember my own Mam telling me not to wear both silver and gold together but it's something I have been doing for many years and I love the look of silver and gold together (sorry Mam)
Rings
Rings
For layering rings you can stack up basic, simple band rings and layer them up on the same finger.
Mix gems and stones, but again making sure they compliment each other and don't look too overly mix-matched. Black stones and/or clear are a safe bet.
